We are not a traditional telephone answering service.

Depending on your needs and call volume you will be assigned 1 - 5 virtual assistants to work with you. Order taking and follow-up customer service calls are our specialty.

All messages are submitted via email immediately after reciept.

Using our recommended virtual phone system we can transfer calls to your location if needed.

Virtual Gal Friday provides telephone answering service for retainer clients only. This means that a signed retainer contract is required and we encourage those needing answering service assistance to also delegate more work to your assigned assistant(s).

Please note there is a minimum monthly service fee of $200 for all answering service clients. This means your ongoing fee is $200 every month, plus any overages, etc.
