This is not a contract position, you will be an employee. However, all remote assistants are free to work with your existing clients and outside employers as long as our team and client work does not suffer.

Our clients come to us because we offer an alternative to a full time staff or office assistant. We do ask that you are available during normal business hours to take calls, etc.

The position can turn into several hours a day if you prove yourself and work with multiple clients. If you want to work and be busy, this is a great opportunity. If you are NOT serious, please don’t waste our time. We ask that all of our team members are easy to communicate with and stay in touch with us.

  • In Office Executive Assistant – hiring 1 part time to start(Corpus Christi, Texas)
  • In Office Receptionists – hiring 1 part time  to start (Corpus Christi, Texas)
  • Virtual Receptionists – General (live phone answering required)
  • Virtual Receptionists – Medical (live phone answering required)
  • MUST be very organized with exceptional communication skills.
    • Need someone with sharp administrative skills.

Executive Assistant Needed (Corpus Christi, Texas) 

employment type: part-time

You must be: organized, dependable, have a good work ethic.Skills and Experience:Required:Executive Level Assistant for at least 3 years.

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – You will be skills tested.
Word Skills: Advanced Skills. Must be able to format documents. Understand Headers, Footers, Styles, etc.
Excel Skills: Intermediate
PowerPoint: Intermediate
One Drive: Beginner OK
OneNote: Beginner OK
Writing Skills for marketing
Accounting Experience (just a working knowledge)
A knowledge of the Virtual Assistant Industry is a huge PLUS.
A knowledge of Medical Office Management is a PLUS.
Techie Skills a PLUS – the more computer and tech skills the better your chances.
Not only that you MUST be Creative!

Working closely with the CEO and COO with all daily operations including (but not limited to):
Maintain and Share Calendar Appointments
Keeping CEO appointments organized.
AR and AP organization
Creating & Sending Client Contracts
Keep client list updated.
Setting up new clients in our systems
Email and Direct Mail Marketing
Work closely with company COO who telecommutes from another state.
